Are you our next Tech strategist?

We seek a visionary tech strategist passionate about harnessing the power of AI and data technologies to build products that deliver great experiences and value to users.

As an AI and Data Tech Strategist at Reodor, you will play a critical role in shaping the technological direction of our client and venture projects. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative technology strategies and products. In addition, you will contribute to gathering customer insights, design, business strategies, and lead projects and initiatives. Your work will be essential in guiding cross-functional project teams, collaborating with product designers, business developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement cutting-edge solutions.

With your background and passion for technology, business, and product development, you have gained experience through several years of work (3+ years in a technology strategy or similar role). You are comfortable navigating various tech domains with a strong understanding of AI and data technologies. You have a proven track record of aligning technological solutions with business objectives and market needs. The process and what to expect

At Reodor Studios, we believe in a transparent and thorough interview process to ensure we find the best fit for our team. This outline is designed to give you a clear understanding of what to expect, how to prepare, and who to reach out to if you have any questions. We want you to feel confident and prepared every step of the way.

1. Initial application and resume screening

Submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience for the tech strategist role. If your application fits the job description, you'll be contacted for the next steps.

2. Short conversation with the CTO

A 20-minute phone call with the CTO. You'll discuss your technical background, experience with technology strategy, and interest in Reodor. This is also an opportunity to ask initial questions about the company and the role.

3. Case interview with colleagues and leaders at Reodor

This interview will dive into two different aspects of the job as a tech strategist at Reodor. The first is your savviness as a tech strategist through a case study/homework. The last part is about how you view the world of product development, and how you can contribute outside of your core discipline.

  1. Technical case study: A discussion about your approach to the home assignment, the decisions you made, and any challenges you faced.
  2. Product development discussion: Conversations with peers about your experience with product development, business strategy, and how you integrate customer feedback into your work. This will also cover your approach to teamwork and collaboration.

4. Cultural contribution and work approach

In this interview, you'll have a discussion with a senior team member or co-founder to understand your alignment with Reodor's mission and values. This will focus on your personal and professional values, work ethic, and long-term goals. Additionally, there will be an in-depth conversation about how you approach your work. You'll discuss past experiences where you demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and leadership in your projects.

5. Final interview with the CEO

This interview involves a conversation with the CEO to discuss the company's vision, your potential role, and expectations. This is also an opportunity to ask any final questions and get a sense of the company's direction from the top.

6. Reference checks and offer

Reodor will contact your references to confirm your work history. In this step, we look to verify what you told us checks out. If everything does check out, you will receive an official job offer.
